ENDependence Center of Northern Virginia, Inc's (ECNV's) information and referral services (I&R) and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) are available to center participants or to interested community members.

ECNV maintains a disability resource library which is open to staff, participants and center members. The library contains books, brochures, newsletters, videos, and magazines. The library also houses accessible computers with access to the Internet. Computer sessions are available to participants and center members by appointment with their peer counselor. As the Internet has become a valuable tool for people with disabilities, ECNV is working to add online information and resource links to assist all Northern Virginians in accessing resources 24 hours a day.
