Individual Independent Living (IL) services are provided to persons with disabilities who reside in Northern Virginia while community services are available to any interested party. Most of ENDependence Center of Northern Virginia, Inc's (ECNV's) IL services are offered free of charge. You may contact any staff member at ECNV if you have questions about any of these services. Individual IL services provided to Northern Virginians with disabilities include:
