Elderly and Disabled with Consumer Direction (EDCD) waiver program

Money Follows the Person (MFP) Demonstration project
MFP is a voluntary project that assists seniors and individuals with disabilities, who are currently living in facilities, to transition back into their communities and receive appropriate long-term services and supports. >> Read MPF Project
Individual and Family Developmental Disabilities Support Waiver (DD waiver) Program
The DD Waiver provides services to individuals 6 years of age and older with a developmental disability, but do NOT have a diagnosis of mental retardation, and who have been determined to require the level of care provided in an ICF/MR. >> Read DD Waiver Program
