On June 11, 2022, ECNV staff and Disability Champions attended the Annual SPARC signature fundraising Pancake Breakfast.
ECNV was there supporting this extraordinary organization led by Debi Alexander and their advisory council members to raise funds to expand scholarships for a new microgreens curriculum, Zumba, yoga, therapeutic art and music classes.
Trusted Disability Champions Margarita Baquero and Janeek Prince attended with ECNV staff Rosalia Fajardo, Andrew Shaw, and Elaine Shaw. They enjoyed their time, the activities, and of course the delicious pancakes.
