Listen as fellow change agents D'Arcee Charington Neal, Marcos Castillo, Joshua Wilson and Teresa Champion talk openly and honestly about the state of work in the disabled world today.
This past April marks two full years that the United States has been dealing with the devastating coronavirus pandemic, and we've all watched as the world readapted to change the way that work, employment, and accommodations have been handled. But if you're anything like our Agents of Change, as people with disabilities, we've had to watch with more than a little anger. How come this hadn't happened before? How are people with disabilities actually working in the middle of the pandemic? Are they gainfully employed or just barely making it? And what happens if you're too scared to go out and try to get employment in a market that's already really tough before disability is even considered? On the inaugural episode of our Agents of Change podcast.
