Independent Living Skills Training

Young woman who is an amputee cooksIndependent Living Skills Training is one of the four core services of every Center for Independent Living (CIL). We work with individuals with disabilities to teach basic tasks that lead to independence such as doing laundry, cooking, cleaning, budgeting, resume formatting, and employment readiness.
