On September 22, The Virginia Coalition of Latino Organization (VACOLAO), a working alliance among organizations to support the interests of and empower Latino communities, hosted the annual lunch with the general consuls from Mexico, El Salvado, Guatemala, Peru, Argentina and Uruguay to strengthen relations with their governments to better serve the nationals that reside in Virginia.
