Join us for Writing a Legacy: Sharing Your His/HerStory with Family and Friends, a meaningful Aging Solo conversation with Dr. Jeremy Holloway. An educator, speaker, and Director of Tellegacy, Dr. Holloway leads an intergenerational health program centered on healthy aging, meaningful connection, and the power of life story.

Through his work, he brings together relationship-centered approaches and practical strategies that help individuals preserve their stories, strengthen belonging, and support human-centered aging. In this session, Dr. Holloway will guide participants in thinking about how to capture and share their personal histories—whether for family, friends, or future generations.

This workshop offers a thoughtful space to reflect, begin documenting your story, and consider the legacy you want to leave—reminding us that our lived experiences hold lasting value and connection.
