Eligibility:
Community Guide services are available through Family & Individual Supports (FIS) waiver. Community Housing Guide services are available to eligible waiver recipients age 18 and older.
If you already have a DD Waiver, talk with your Support Coordinator about whether Community Guide or Community Housing Guide services could be added to your Individual Support Plan.
If you don't currently have a DD Waiver, your local Community Services Board can provide information about DD Waiver eligibility, screening, and Virginia's waiver waiting list.
ECNV is an approved provider of General Community Guide and Community Housing Guide services for eligible Virginia DD Waiver recipients.
