Victor Wear Employment & Empowerment Expo
ECNV is a proud fiscal sponsor for the Victor Wear Employment & Empowerment Expo to be held October 18, 2025 from 10-4 at the Hyatt Regency in Crystal City. We seek exhibitors and volunteers to help make this first expo a success.
Two years ago, Tiffany Hamilton—a businesswoman with a demanding full-time career in high-tech—participated in ECNV’s Agent of Change program with her talented son, who's on the spectrum. Their project? To create solutions for the barriers facing the disability community. From that seed of an idea grew something extraordinary: the first-ever Victor Wear Employment & Empowerment Expo.
On Saturday, October 18, 2025, at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City, Tiffany and Isaiah will bring together inclusive employers, disabled-led businesses, and hundreds of families for a hiring-first expo featuring the legendary Dr. Temple Grandin as keynote speaker.
Tiffany has done a masterful job—securing an incredible venue, signing on exhibitors, getting more than 160 registrants, and landing an iconic speaker—all with virtually no budget, very little time, and no staff. She’s poured her heart into this as a gift for our community. But now, she desperately needs our help to make it successful.
It’s going to take a village. 🙌
We’re asking you to share this opportunity with your networks and encourage passionate, reliable volunteers to sign up. Tiffany needs people who can roll up their sleeves and get things done—from welcoming guests and supporting accessibility, to resume reviews, photography, outreach, and more.
She is also looking for folks willing to review resumes and do mock interviews for candidates with disabilities.

This Expo is more than an event. It’s a movement—a chance to show the power of inclusion in action. Please help us spread the word and recruit the people and partners who will make this a success.
